When the iPad freezes up, do a soft reboot. Simultaneously hold down the Power and Home buttons for several seconds. This will cause the device to restart. To fix a frozen app, simply hold the home button one or two seconds.
If you want to review a photo or video you just shot, you do not have to select the camera icon on the bottom left of the screen. You can just swipe right with your finger, and you will see the last picture or video you took. To view past pictures, swipe to the left.
Change the settings in your inbox so you’re able to see more than a couple of lines in an email. Go to Settings/Mail/Preview. Change the preview feature to increase the lines you see. This will allow you to see more of your message for quicker skimming.
If you want a search engine other than Google, you can have that. You can access this by selecting Safari from the settings menu and then hitting search engine. This give you the option of choosing Bing or Yahoo as your search engine, if you prefer them to Google.
Would you like to locate your iPod if you misplace it? Simply navigate to Settings and then select iCloud. Put in your Apple ID,and on the bottom of the screen where it says “Find My iPad,” turn it on. When you activate this feature, you only need to visit iCloud.com to locate a lost iPad.
Taking a screenshot on an iPad is very simple. Click both the Sleep and Home buttons and you will get a nice picture of your screen. You will then find the photo in your normal photo album.
