Five Things You Should Know About This New Camera

There’s a lot to like about this new camera. It is better than every photographic tool from the last 150 years combined. Many photographers are already feeling like they’ve been missing out on an essential piece of equipment. Ultimately, this camera will be the camera of ‘Peak Photography’. Here are five things you should know about this camera. They are all aimed to make photography easier and more enjoyable. But, is it worth the hype?

X-H2S

The X-H2S is a new camera from Fujifilm. It has a large grip with an ergonomic design, a new APS-C sensor and a large lens for shooting video. The top panel of the camera has an LCD display, which is easily accessible. In addition, the shutter button is now a half-press operation, which is much more convenient. It has a separate video record button that can be used as a stand-alone button, too. The X-H2S features dual memory slots, including one CF express Type B slot and one SD card slot.

X-H2S supports three Apple ProRes codecs, including HQ, LT, and Proxy. This camera also has wired and wireless LAN connectivity, as well as subject detection AF and a cooling fan. It is also capable of recording 4K/120P video. The camera also has a built-in ethernet connection. The new camera is aimed at news and sports shooters.

The X-H2S is also expected to be released with two new X-mount lenses. The X-H2 will retail for $2,499, while the X-H2S will be available for $3200 CAD. Its newest sibling is a 40-megapixel camera. The X-H2S is expected to be available for purchase in early July.

GFX 100R

The GFX 100R has been confirmed as the next Panasonic mirrorless camera. The company said that a new firmware update will be available in October and will enable the GFX 100S to record BRAW externally. Although FUJIFILM hasn’t released details, the new format should mimic ProRes RAW. This feature is currently available only for ProRes RAW-compatible cameras.

Despite the high price tag, the GFX 100 is not just an impressive stills camera. It has impressive video capabilities as well. It supports 4Kp30 and Cinema 4K recording. In addition, it supports a log recording mode. It also boasts a 4:2:2 10-bit uncompressed HDMI output. Video recorded with the GFX 100R looks good and is produced with smooth focus adjustments.

Other highlights of the GFX 100R include a built-in stabilization system, a dual-axis touchscreen, and movie silent control. These features all come together to make the GFX 100R an excellent camera for fast-paced subjects. A high-resolution LCD screen is another plus, along with a tilt-adapter and an optional grip. The GFX 100R is one of the most versatile cameras on the market today.

The Fujifilm GFX 100R features in-body image stabilization, a first in a GFX camera and a first in a medium-format camera. The camera’s five-axis image stabilization is an engineering feat. The camera can shoot 102-megapixel photos without worrying about motion blur. The in-body image stabilization feature is also an important feature, allowing the camera to work properly with handheld shooting.

Texas Leica

If you are a photographer, you may be excited to learn that Leica is reintroducing film cameras in 2022. You can expect to pay upwards of $20,000 for a new Leica M9. But is this new camera worth it? It certainly is if you’re looking for an incredibly unique camera. Here are some features you can expect to see in the new model. Let’s get started!

Despite its price, the new Q2 is small, light and equipped with a 47.3-megapixel full-frame sensor. Although the camera is still small, the Leica Q2 is waterproof and features a fixed 28mm f/1.7 lens. It also supports 4K video shooting and has Cinematic 4K video recording. Despite its low price, waiting lists for the Q2 are already clearing, so you don’t want to wait too long to get one!

If you’re in the market for a new Leica camera, you’ll want to take advantage of the many leaks of new releases. The camera company leaks specs and images days before the official release, often accidentally, to a random employee who can then scream it from the rooftops. This is how retailers get hold of new releases. They often get ahead of themselves and preorder the cameras in the hopes of selling them at a premium price.

OM System

Assuming that the OM-1 is still under development, we may be able to expect an OMDS in the near future. As of today, the OM-1 is out of stock. Having said that, OM Digital Solutions has been on the right track for the new camera’s release in 2022. In addition, the company has recently made some improvements to the menu system, OM-1 hardware, and image stabilization. Ultimately, this should provide a great camera with a number of features.

The OM SYSTEM OM-1 will feature a digital viewfinder and an optical viewfinder, so photographers can see their subjects even in low-light conditions. The camera’s menu screen has been completely revamped, with reclassified items, split menu items, and simplified descriptions. This makes it easier to select the features and modes you need to take great photos. Moreover, the OM-D system will also have a High Res Shot mode, which will allow photographers to use slow shutter speeds for dramatic effects.

Olympus’ imaging division has been sold off to Japan Industrial Partners last year and has since been rebranded as OM Digital Solutions. The company teased its upcoming OM System Micro Four Thirds camera on an over-the-top website. Although the new name is confusing, the camera’s image seems to show a similar design to the E-M1 Mark III. We can only hope that the OM-D is indeed the new camera we have been waiting for.

X-2HS

With the X-Processor 5 image processor, the Fujifilm X-2HS is set to redefine the digital SLR camera. Its new sensor provides improved low-light sensitivity, subject tracking, and high-speed 4K/120P video recording. With a mechanical shutter, the X-2HS is capable of capturing over one thousand JPEGs at 30 frames per second. The camera also features subject recognition AF, which can detect and focus on human faces, animals, planes, and automobiles.

The X-H2S’s sensor features a stacked array of sensors and an improved AF algorithm. It uses AI deep learning to improve AF performance. Its improved subject detection AF improves autofocus accuracy and extends to cars, bikes, and planes. The X-H2S’s autofocus system also uses a new predictive algorithm for better tracking of moving subjects in low-contrast conditions.

The Fujifilm X-H2S features F-Log2, the first in the X series to offer 14+ stops of dynamic range. Its dual image stabilization systems help you achieve the ultimate in high-speed continuous shooting. This means a smoother image, while still maintaining a clear and bright image. The X-H2S can also be used for video recording and has an optional external cooling fan.

The FUJIFILM X-2HS is expected to hit the market in early July 2022 and is priced at $2,499 USD or $3200 CAD. It will be available in the U.S. and Canada in early July 2022. Its battery life is claimed to be 720 shots when based on CIPA standards. With an optional grip, it has a battery life of 1850 shots.

X-2HSS

With its compact size and high-speed image processing, Fujifilm’s X-H2S promises to be an excellent alternative to full-frame powerhouses. The X-H2S is expected to arrive in two different models, with different resolutions and sensors. Pricing is expected to be under $2,500. If it does make it to market, we’ll be watching with anticipation. Here are some of the specs of the X-H2S.

The X-H2S will feature a full-sized HDMI Type-A port, a 3.5mm microphone jack, a USB-C connector, and an ethernet connection. It will also feature a dedicated cooling fan and built-in ethernet. While we don’t have an exact release date, we can expect the camera to debut at Fujifilm’s X-Summit 2022 event in September. Moreover, the camera’s design and specifications will be closely tied to its intended target audience, news and sports shooters.

Other features that are expected to be included in the X-2HSS are an integrated optical image stabilization system, a Digic X processor, a full-size HDMI port, and an optional battery pack. Depending on the model, the camera may even come with a removable battery, which could be convenient for carrying around and storage. Lastly, if it does, we’ll expect a full-size HDMI port.
