Pentax K3 mk III
Despite its upcoming release in February 2022, Ricoh has already given its full specs for the Pentax K3 Mark III DSLR. The full list of specs is available on YouTube. The Pentax K3 Mark III can record up to 25 minutes at 4GB and will automatically stop recording when its internal temperature exceeds a certain threshold. However, the Pentax K-3 III lacks a built-in GPS system, so amateur astronomers will have to buy an external O-GPS-1 attachment.
A new smart function has been added to the Pentax K-3 III to reduce the need to manually stop down the lens after shooting a shot. The smart function is used with A lenses and eliminates the need for the “green button stop down” metering process. Additionally, the aperture ring setting can now be recorded in the EXIF data block.
